Call Verizon 800-483-4000? and tell them you want voice mail removed from your line. It’s a business office function, so you’ll have to call durning business hours. It will only take about 30 minutes or less (like that pizza place?) to remove it.

need more inf.do you have answering machine that requires to call certain number in order to check your messages?If so then call that number and listen all the options they are saying.I am sure in the option section they have your answer.just be careful to listen closely.good luck.
