if your refering to voicemail all you have to do is dial your own number and when your message starts dial the last 4 digits of your phone number and it should take you to the options on your phone.if not like in verizon we have an access number that we call. like i call 493-4399 and the main menu will be heard. unless you have a code to get your messages so no one else can get them.

most remote access for an answering machine is only for access to the messages. you will need the remote access code. if it is the default code you can go to the manufacturers website and look for the user manual… unless you still have the user manual
